Tyler Shawn Jacobs

He was born in Mansfield, Ohio, on July 25, 1993, and graduated from Shelby Senior High School in 2012, where he was a member of the wrestling team. Tyler loved his family, hanging out with friends and playing video games. He was the comedian of the group, always joking with people and playing pranks. He enjoyed time spent with his nephew, Calum. Tyler was an avid music fan, listening to mostly rap and classic rock.

Tyler is survived by his mother and stepfather, Teresa (John) Vail; siblings, Caeden (Emma) Jacobs, Reganne (Jim) Vail, Logan (Alex) Vail, Ronnie Jacobs, Raelyn Jacobs, Kimberly Guill and Lake Jacobs; two nephews, Calum and Lincoln; two nieces, Quinn and Sloane; his grandmother, Dianna Conn; and an aunt, Michelle Conn.

He is preceded in death by his father, Ronnie L. Jacobs; grandfather, Emery Conn; and grandparents, Donald and Wanda Sweet.

Private family services will be observed. Wappner Funeral Directors-Ontario is honored to serve the family.
