Dorothy Elizabeth Elsasser

Dorothy graduated from Mansfield Senior High in 1952. She attended Wittenberg University, where Dorothy received a Master's Degree.

She was an educator at Johnny Appleseed Jr. High and then became a school counselor at Mansfield Senior High.

She is survived by James Elsasser (nephew); Pamela and Stephen LaValle (niece); Derick and Kristin Elsasser (great nephew); Lisa and Mitch Smith (great niece); Kristine and John Liadias (great niece); and several great-great nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Reinhold and Rose Elsasser; her brother, Al Elsasser; and sister-in-law, Anne Elsasser.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at 11:00 am with visitation from 10:00-11:00 am at Wappner Funeral Directors-Ontario, 100 S. Lexington-Springmill Rd. with Pastor Ann Cammarn officiating. Burial will follow at Mansfield Memorial Park.
