Debra (Debbie) was born to Eddie and Virginia Beltran on July 26, 1962 in Pomona, CA. As a child, Debra was very athletic and involved in school activities, graduating from MontClair High School in 1980.
Debra met her husband, Louis Ortiz in 1976 in Pomona, CA. They married in 1983 and went on to have 3 children, their oldest son Abel and then their twins Eddie and Celeste. In addition to being a dedicated and loving mother, Debra also loved spending time with their only grandchild, Dominic Barragan Ortiz, son of Abel who was her little helper.
Throughout her entire life, she held an unwavering faith in God, which she shared with those who surrounded her.
Debra was passionate about her job of 13 years. As an office tech at the Chino Women's Correctional Facility. When she wasn't working she was busy filling her home with warmth and kindness and could be found baking cakes and treats. Debra was known for her business "Heavenly Sweet Treats" where she was blessed with a special talent of custom cake decorating. In addition to baking she loved preparing essential oils for her family and friends.
One would say she had s smile that would light up a room and a heart of gold. Those that knew her would say she welcomed family and friends and opened her door to all that needed a place to stay. Even though she loved unconditionally she would not hold back in giving direction and stern guidance.
Debbie joins her father Eddie Beltrand and brother Little Eddie Beltran in Heaven.
We, her family, miss her and wish only that we could speak for the great loss hundreds feel at her passing.
