Beloved Father, Grandfather, Brother, Uncle and OPS School Bus Driver who shared his love of being outdoors, fishing, antiques, junking, BBQ and Apple Pie. He also enjoyed watching football and spending time with family and friends. He was a simple guy with a great smile who made it hard to get a picture without his sunglasses on. Preceded in death by grandparents, Lester and Eleanor Baysinger; parents, Charles and Patricia McDermott. Survived by children Dalton McDermott and Dakota Boyer; grandchildren Jakob Calderon and Joseph Barraza; brothers Stephen McDermott, Stuart McDermott; sisters Teresa (Gary) Walkup, Tricia (Peter) Ryder. Numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family members and friends. Scott was a very loving person and will be missed very much.
Visitation Thursday February 11th 6 - 8pm at Westlawn-Hillcrest funeral home. Per CDC guidelines masks and social distancing will be required.
