Richard Allen Scruggs

He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen; his sons, Bob Scruggs, Bill Robey and Pete Robey. He is survived by his son, Gary Robey; daughter, Bonnie (Scruggs) Lowe and her husband, Frank Lowe; brother, Frank Scruggs; grandchildren, Shane Robey, Stacey Robey, Samantha Robey, Amanda (Robey) Martin, Shane Galus, Shelby Robey, and Cody Robey; and special friend, Carole Jo Scott. FUNERAL SERVICE Tuesday, August 21st, 11am with visitation one hour prior at Westlawn Hillcrest Funeral Home. He will be laid to rest next to his wife Helen at Westlawn Hillcrest Memorial Park.
