July 14, 1946 in Lincoln, Nebraska to Roy and Edith (Connie) McCormick.
Phillip is survived by his daughter Pamela Thomas (Les) and son Christopher Washburn
(Cindy); grandsons Aaron Thomas, Luke Washburn (Shannyn), and Will Washburn;
granddaughter Lauren Evans (Aaron); and great-granddaughter Natalie. He was preceded in
death by father Roy McCormick, mother Connie Mathena, and wife Pamela C. McCormick.
A celebration of his life will be on Thursday, June 20, 2024 at 10:30am at Westlawn-Hillcrest
Funeral Home, 5701 Center Street, Omaha, NE 68106. There will be a light lunch after the
service.
