Preceded in death by parents, Antonio and Mable Acquazzino; sons, John L. Ottrok and Chuck A. Carnes. Survived by daughters, Lisa M. (Lonny) Elliott and Teri M. (Dennis) Iverson; grandchildren, Jessica (K.C.) Gubser, Jacob Iverson, Nicholas Elliott, and Stacey Elliott.
