Mount Pleasant - Daniel Lee Sheehy, 26, of Mount Pleasant, MS passed away August 15, 2014. There will be a gathering of friends Thursday, August 21, 2014 beginning at 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. the service will follow of Friday, August 22, 2014 at 10 a.m. all at Brantley Funeral Home in Olive Branch, MS. Interment will take place at Carey Chapel Cemetery in Mount Pleasant, MS. Daniel was a young man who knew the value of hard work and being dedicated. He was a man that set his mind to something and saw it through. Daniel had a strong Irish heritage passed down from his previous generations that he proudly carried throughout his life. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Johnna Lee Sheehy and his beautiful 7 month old daughter Alexa Danielle Sheehy; parents, Denny Daniel and Jennifer Sheehy; sister, Shyanne Sheehy; grandparents, Glenda Sheehy-Clarke and Edwin M. Clarke; 2 cousins, Skylar and Christina Sheehy; uncle, Kenny Sheehy; and a host of friends that will miss him very much. Daniel was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Darlene Duncan; grandfather, John Daniel Sheehy III and his uncle Johnny Sheehy.
