Glenn Vile, beloved husband and father passed away peacefully in his sleep on September 12, 2021. He lived life to the fullest, believing in the dignity of work and running the successful Saybrook Roofing Company for more than 50 years before volunteering at Meals on Wheels as a driver in his retirement.
He was a true original, humorous, generous and charming to a fault; all who met him loved him and he will be missed. He is survived by his wife and children and their lovely families.
Calling hour will be held on Friday September 17th from 2-4 PM at the Swan Funeral Home, 1224 Boston Post Rd. Old Saybrook, CT 06475.
