Carol A Marcolini, beloved mother and grandmother, born on November 16, 1938, passed on July 19, 2024. She passed peacefully after a 6 year battle with dementia.
Carol was well known in Old Saybrook CT for her employment at RR Donnelly’s for many years and local card shops. She especially loved working at the Old Saybrook Hallmark store after her move to Clinton CT in 2002. It kept her connected to the Old Saybrook community that she loved.
The simplest pleasures in life brought joy to Carol, such as gardening and attending country music concerts. Carol is survived by her children and grandchildren. She was pre deceased by her parents Hedwig and Carl, her husband Robert, sister Erica and grandson Matthew.
