Sharlie Jean Farris, age 81 of Donelson, passed away Saturday, February 20, 2016 . Preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Bob” Farris; daughter, Linda Diane; mother, Callie Fisher Casteel Clark; father, Will Clark; sisters, Ethel Parks and Agnes Clark; brothers, Otis Clark, Frank Casteel and Claude Casteel, all of Tullahoma, TN. Survived by her sons, Phillip Farris and Steve (Debra) Farris; grandsons, Robert T. (Bobby) Farris, Stephen Farris, Justin (Ashley) Farris and Brian (Sherry) Holland; eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Farris grew up in Winchester Springs, TN and later made her way with her husband Bob to Donelson, TN where she resided for 59 years. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted 2 pm Thursday, February 25, 2016 in Hermitage Funeral Home Chapel with Andy Miller officiating. Interment will follow in Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
