Mary Daw Bouldin, age 89 of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee passed away January 10, 2019. She is survived by her sons, Chris Bouldin (Connie) and Jason Bouldin (Connie Eakes); grandchildren, Birttany Gilchrist, Kyle Bouldin, Matthew Bouldin, Grason Bouldin and LeAnn Gertse; brother, James Melton.
Mary was a member of Donelson Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, January 13, 2019 at Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Serving as pallbearers will be Jason Bouldin, Kyle Bouldin, Matthew Bouldin, Michael Hurley, Chris Bouldin and Dewy Luttrell.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made in her name to: Alive Hospice, 1718 Patterson St, Nashville, TN 37203.
