He was born in Grimsley, Tennessee, the son of the late Joe Landon and Ima Jane Bilbrey. He was a member of Hickory Bend United Methodist Church. Mr. Bilbrey was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Judy Bilbrey, brothers, and sisters.
Mr. Bilbrey is survived by his son, Jim Bilbrey and his wife, Cindy; daughter, Jeanette Cheryl Bilbrey; grandchildren, Miranda and Justin Bilbrey, and several extended family members.
Visitation will be Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at Hermitage Funeral Home from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm, and also on Thursday, August 31, 2017 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am.
The Celebration of Life Service will be on Thursday, August 31, 2017 at Hermitage Funeral Home at 11:00 am with Pastor Melisa Derseweh officiating.
Interment will follow at Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Mr. Bilbrey to the Alzheimer’s Association.
