Christine Ann Hanson, 72, was received into the arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on December 8, 2021. Christine was born May 7, 1949 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Christine is survived by her husband of 50 years, Donald L. Hanson Jr., her children, Deborah McConnell (Scott) of Nashville, Tennessee, Kimberly George (Steven) of Old Hickory, Tennessee, Stephen Hanson of Dallas, Texas, and 6 grandchildren (Preston, Anthony, Madison, Max, Jacob, and Kendall).
Christine was a retired dental hygienist, practicing for 42 years in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. She was a talented quilter, receiving numerous awards for her beautiful quilts in both Pennsylvania and Tennessee. She was a member of the Music City Quilt Guild and Quilts of Valor. Christine has been an active member at Warrington Fellowship Church in Warrington, PA, Church of the Open Door in Fort Washington, PA, and Hermitage Hills Baptist Church in Hermitage, TN.
Celebration of life will be held at Hermitage Hills Baptist Church, 3475 Lebanon Road, Hermitage, TN 37076, at 11 30 Am on Saturday with Bro Dan Arterburn officiating. Interment to follow at Hermitage Memorial Gardens with family serving as pallbearers. Visitation on Saturday from 10 am till service.
