Charles W Riggins Jr. age 87, 12-18-2016. Preceded in death by wife, Dorothy Wilkinson Riggins. Survived by wife, Wilma Harrison Riggins; children, Chris Riggins, Dawn Riggins Evans; 2 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and a host of family and friends. Charles was a veteran of the US Navy. Charles retired from DuPont after 30 years of service. Visitation Tues. Dec 20th 4-8pm and one hr. prior to service on Wed.
