Michael Mazzeo, passed Sunday, November 17, 2013, at Community Medical Center in Toms River. He was 60. Born in Newark, he resided in New Brunswick, NJ most of his life before moving to Toms River in 2006. He was self employed in the construction field, Michael's Home Improvements.
Michael was predeceased by his parents, Michael and Carmella Mazzeo, and his nephew, Richard. Surviving are his long time girlfriend of 14 years, Iveta Dunn; his sons, Michael Anthony Mazzeo and Dain Angelo Mazzeo of Toms River/South Amboy, his granddaughters, Adriana and Stephanie, who lit up his eyes; his sisters, Jeanette (Mazzeo) Applegate, Catherine Mazzeo, & April Riley and her husband, Pat; and his nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2013 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Michael Hegarty Funeral Home, 3377 US Highway 9, Old Bridge, NJ 08857, 732-679-4422.
