If a trip was planned other than visiting family in Las Vegas, it had to include a beach and water, but his true love and favorite place to be was lake Tenkiller, where he got his nickname Tommy Two Shoes. His happy place was on the porch at the lake or on his boat. Tommy truly loved the outdoors in the sun, at home in his time was spent in the backyard watching TV and enjoying the garden they both worked on every year.
He always had a smile and a positive attitude. Anyone that met him became an instant friend and he had many close friends that he held very dear to his heart.
