Susan Elizabeth (Cameron) Phillips

Susan Elizabeth Phillips, 60 passed away May 16, 2023, in Oklahoma City. Susan was born on December 28, 1962 to John and Betty Cameron in Enid, Oklahoma, and was the youngest of four girls. Susan attended Northwest Classen high school, and later attended OSU-OKC for her LPN.

Growing up, Susan loved spending time at Lake Tenkiller with her family going out on the boat and spending hours swimming. Family events were always the highlight of her day, and she would never say ‘no’ to a family gathering. She loved making earrings in her spare time and had a hippie soul. Susan was a true OU fan never missed a televised game with a Starwberry-rita in hand.

She left behind her loving husband of 30 years Clifford Phillips; 4 Children that meant the entire world to her: Lindsay Haley, Jeff, Cameron and Caitlyn Phillips all of Oklahoma City; Daughter in-law, Tammy Phillips and soon to be son-in law, David Bonnell; 6 grandchildren. Derek, Mekayla, Brytnie, Bryan & Carissa Haley, and Brianna Phillips; three great-grandchildren: Analea Reyes Haley, Lana Phillips and Mateo Rodriguez; Three older sisters: Judy Henderson, Anna Cameron, and Debbie Jones. Susan also leaves behind lots of nieces and nephews and their children.

Preceding Susan in death are her parents, John and Betty Cameron.

A visitation for Susan will be held Thursday, May 25, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Service-South Chapel, 7720 South Pennsylvania Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73159. A celebration of life will occur Friday, May 26, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Service-South Chapel.
