Robert was born in Shattuck, Oklahoma on July 31, 1948 to Della Morehart. Franklin Morehart became his beloved step-father who precedes him in death. He passed away, April 17, 2015. Bob was a member of the Fargo High School Class of 66. Bob received his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University. His graduate degree was also received from Oklahoma State University in Civil Engineering. He concentrated on Water and Wastewater systems as his profession. He worked hard on his ideas and received a patent for a water system. Robert could fix pretty much anything, from dropped coffee cups to city water systems. In addition to his career, he was active in church activities. He sang in the choir. He participated in the Walk to Emmaus #41, and served in many capacities with Pioneer Country. He often helped churches put in parking lots and roofs. The most important thing I’d like to convey about Robert is that he was never angry at God for giving him a flawed body and the millisecond he passed away he got his new glorious body. Amen! Robert leaves to cherish the memories wife Barbara Poppe, children; Robbie Poppe, Amy Poppe-Cooper and step son Carl Conaway; sister, Karen O’Hare and his half-brother, Kevin Morehart
