Retha Mae Foye was born April 14, 1929 in Atwood, Oklahoma to Harvey and Tishey Bell Wilkerson. She graduated from Atwood High School in 1946.

After graduation she worked at Southwestern Bell as a telephone operator. She married Albee Rew Foye on May 3, 1953.

They had two children Michael Rew Foye and Mary Beth Foye. Retha and Rew owned and operated their own business for many years.

Retha is preceded in death by her husband Albee Rew Foye and her son Michael Rew Foye. Retha is survived by her daughter, Mary Beth Foye.

A memorial service for Retha will be held Saturday, August 14, 2021 at 11 am at Crown Heights United Methodist Church.
