Marion J. Howard

Marion Howard, born January 20, 1912 in Duncan, OK (Indian Territory) to Warren & Dollie Jeanes. She graduated from Duncan High School in 1930 and Hills Business College, OKC in 1932. She married Domer Howard on June 13, 1937 at Wesley Methodist Church. She was employed by Wilson & Co. where she worked as secretary to the traffic manager of the trucks and rail cars department. She retired in 1974 after 42 years of service. She was especially thankful for the care given to her by granddaughter Beth Howard for many years.

She is survived by Grandchildren: Beth Howard, Mark Howard, David Howard, Terry Howard, Jean McCall, Toni Fusco, Bruce Howard, Lise Palmer, Nicole Nevin , Steve Howard and Kathie Sanders; Her nephews and nieces: Jeffrey Jeanes & wife Kimberlee, F.M. Jeanes and wife Carole, Rebecca Jeanes Worrall and husband Brian, and Pamela Gorrell and 12 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday, May 6, from 9am-8pm at Guardian West Funeral Home. Services will be held Saturday May 7, 2016 at 10:00 am in the Guardian Funeral Home Chapel located at 5820 NW 41st Street, Warr Acres, OK 73122. Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
