Lee M. Brown, 93, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma died Oct. 14, 2014. He was born June 18, 1921 in Canton, OK. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Milta, brother Guy, and a son, Roger. He attended Central State and Oklahoma A and M at Stillwater. In February of 1948 he married Harriet Louise Moore. Lee enlisted in the army, served in WWII with the 45th Engineering Division in Europe, then stayed in the Reserves and was called up during the Korean War. He retired as Lt. Col. His occupation was a stockbroker with A.G. Edwards then Morgan Stanley. He was actively involved in the Mayfair Kiwanis and the Masonic Lodge. Chapel Hill Methodist Church was an important part of his life. He is survived by his wife Harriet of 67 years, son Edward and sister in law Mary Maude Moore and 2 nephews Greg Brown and Riley Finley. Visitation will be held at Chapel Hill Funeral Home on Thur, Oct 16, 2014 from 12-8 pm. Services will be held at 10am on Friday, October 17th at Chapel Hill Methodist Church with interment following at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
