Webster, Kenneth Raymond, passed away on Monday, June 27, 2011. He was born on May 14, 1941, to Genevieve (nee Lott) and C.W. Webster of Enid, Oklahoma. His elementary schooling was at St. Joseph’s in Enid and high school at Cascia Hall in Tulsa. Ken graduated from Notre Dame in 1962 and obtained his law degree at the University of Oklahoma in 1965. Ken served in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps at the Pentagon in the late 60’s, then returned to Oklahoma City to practice law. He was a trial attorney for over 20 years with the firm of McKinney, Stringer and Webster. He was a member of the American Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma County Bar Association, the Federation of Insurance Counsel, the American College of Trial Lawyers and the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel. Ken retired in 1993 and pursued his interests in hunting, competitive shooting, training his dog for field trials, handicapping horse races, golf and travel. Ken is survived by a sister, Chloe Hanken of Gilbert, Arizona, 2 daughters from a previous marriage and his wife, Sara of Edmond. Services will be private.
