Johnny Wayne Johnson was born November 12, 1957, in Shawnee, Oklahoma to Jerry Wayne and Phyllis Ann. He spent his younger days running around Jones Graduating from Jones High School as a member of the bi-centennial class of '76. He didn't forget his roots and would cruise Kickapoo every chance he got. He often reminded his girls of 'the good old days' as they drove those same roads to see family. He always wanted everyone to have a good time or to put a smile on someone's face with his healing hugs or smart mouth remarks. Sometimes he would think he was so funny he would let out the most genuine belly laugh. He had the most beautiful smile and the kindest eyes. He was always so warm and welcoming, he felt like home. He was a gentle giant, the type of guy to give you the shirt off his back. He could fix anything and was a jack of all trades. He was a boy scout and as the years went on, he was elected class officer in VICA while in auto mechanics. After graduating, he worked his way up to becoming a journeyman printer at Oklahoma Graphics which he did for 25 years. During this time, he joined the Masonic Fraternity and worked his way up to 32nd degree Mason. He was proud to be a part of the brotherhood. He worked as a printer for the Daily Oklahoman until printing became more obsolete. He worked the remainder of his life as a sheet metal fabricator at Maxcess International. Johnny was many things in his life. A father, bonus father to some, husband, son, brother, lover, a protector and provider. He loves his girls, favorite granddaughter, his dog Piper, the Dallas Cowboys, all things bigfoot & beyond and good music.
Johnny is preceded in death by his mother Phyllis Ann Keeley, sister Sarah Marie Escamilla, ex-wife Tammy Johnson, bonus daughter Shandy Roof and many other loved ones.
