James Quinton Alexander

James Quinton Alexander, age 47, of Blair, Oklahoma passed peacefully from this life on Friday, May 21, 2021. A visitation for James will be held Thursday, May 27, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Service-South Chapel, 7720 South Pennsylvania Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73159. A celebration of life will occur Friday, May 28, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Victory Baptist Church, 2305 S.E. 15th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73129.

James Quinton Alexander, 47 years old, passed away on May 21, 2021. Born in Oklahoma City, he was the son of Jimmy Alexander and Mona Rose Gutierrez. He attended Oklahoma City Schools and Blair High school. He was of the Christian faith and enjoyed beadwork, spending time with family, loved being outdoors, being in the water, cooking out, and learning & sharing his heritage. He will be remembered for his sense of humor, his compassion for others, love for animals and his unique style of life. He is survived his former wife, Christina Alexander; daughter Feather Alexander & spouse Jordan Litton; daughter Keanna Alexander & spouse Logan Marsh; daughter Amber Delgado; brother Sloan Alexander; brother Nathan Queen; sister Latonia Orphan; brother Marvin Alexander and spouse Michelle Alexander; nieces Lisa Gipson, Ericka Gipson, Lynia Alexander, and Ceanna Alexander; nephew Marvin John and Lorenzo; grandchildren: Kaiden, Falynn, Leegan, Bodhi, Fox, and Sofia. James also leaves behind his pet, Piper.

James is preceded in death by his parents, Jimmy & Mona; brother Kevin Gipson; brother Anthony William; aunt Diana Alexander; nephew Gabriel James Alexander; grandmother Geraldine Alexander; grandma Claudine Tutten and grandpa Willis Alexander. A service will be held on Friday, May 28, 2021 at 1:00PM at Victory Baptist Church, located at 2301 SE 15th St. in OKC. The viewing will be Thursday, May 27, 2021 from 12pm-8pm.

The family of James Alexander has requested memorial donations be made to Victory Baptist Church in lieu of flowers.
