Hallie Cynthia Cynthia Wise

Hallie Cynthia Wise, 77 year-old resident of Newalla, Oklahoma, passed away on December 14, 2012 in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Born November 23, 1935 in Atlanta, Georgia, she was the daughter of Donald Doyle Mann and Augusta Rogers Mann. Cynthia was an avid reader; loved to do jigsaw puzzles; and work in her garden growing and tending to her flowers. She had worked for many years in inventory control at a plastics manufacturing plant here in the OKC area. Survivors include her husband Byron Wise of the home; three sons, Doug Wise of Edmond, Oklahoma; Phillip and his wife Robyn Wise of Germantown, Maryland; and Richard Wise of Edmond, Oklahoma; 1 daughter, Dana Nicole and her husband Kendall Shuler of Shawnee, Oklahoma; nine grandchildren; and one sister, Donna Wyatt of Peachtree City, Georgia. Family services will be held at a later date.
