Frieda Elisabeth Jones

Frieda was born on October 12, 1936 in Munich, Germany. She was preceded in death by her parents, Xaver and Frieda Elise Veit and sister Renate, She was also preceded in death by her beloved husband of 52 years, Harry Jones.

Frieda is survived by her sons Tony Veit of Munich, Germany, Dr. Edward Jones and wife Kim, granddaughter Dr. Kelsey Damron and husband Chris, grandsons Benjamin Jones and wife Kaylee, Jonathan Jones, great-grandson Michael Damron, sister Else Sailer, and numerous nieces and nephews in Munich, Germany.

Frieda worked for several years as a quality control specialist at International Crystal manufacturing in downtown OKC where she made many friends before her retirement. Frieda loved to travel, was an avid shopper, a talented seamstress, and enjoyed working with ceramics. Spending time with family was by far her favorite activity.

A graveside service for Frieda will be held Saturday, August 19, 2023 at 10:30 AM at Memorial Park Cemetery, 13400 North Kelley Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73131.
