Betty was born in Enid, OK, the third of six children. She graduated from Enid High School in 1943. She then attended Enid Business College.
In 1946 Betty moved to Oklahoma City to start her career as Secretary-Bookkeeper in the business community. She was a long-time member of Crown Heights Christian Church where she served on The Deaconess Board for many years, and felt it was an honor to do so.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and four siblings.
She is survived by her sister, Marilyn Hubbert of Newton, IL; nephew, Ken Klingenberg; niece, Linda Klingenberg; and other nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
A private burial will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at Crown Heights Christian Church on Monday, March 21st, 2022 at 2:00 pm.
