Ed was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Nelson E. and Francile C. Keller. He was President and Owner of Gas & Electrical Equipment Company and Fireplace Place, LLC. He attended Taft Junior High and Northwest Classen High School.
Higher education was at The University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma City University where he is a member of Kappa Alpha Order. In his early life, he was a member of the AF ROTC at OU, a summer rough neck in the oil fields; a butcher at Kamp’s Meat Market and he served his country in Vietnam. Those experiences made him able to talk to most anyone he met and he did just that. He was a past member of the Oklahoma City Men’s Dinner Club, Oklahoma Sales & Marketing Club, The Demolay and Toastmaster’s International. Ed was proud to be a founder of the Independent Distributors Association. He was a member of Al-Anon and St. Luke’s United Methodist Church.
Ed is survived by his wife Elizabeth and his children, Kimberly Keller-Case, Mickie Keller-Easter, Vicki Dellinger, Amy McWhirter, Brian Keller, Sister, Jan Davis and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
