Anna “Billie Kathryn,” 91, of Oklahoma City, passed away on March 30, 2013. Born in Earlsboro, Oklahoma on September 28, 1921, she married James “Jim” Duncan on August 7, 1947. Billie was a devoted wife and mother who worked tirelessly to maintain a wonderful home life for both her husband and three children. She was preceded in death by her husband Jim; her parents, Anna and William C. Tomberlin; and her four brothers, RA, Theo, Ulys, and Jack. Survivors are her two daughters, Jimmie Ann Thompson and husband Randy of Rockwall, TX., and Patricia G. Griffith and husband Rod of Oklahoma City, OK.; sons Richard D. Duncan and wife Debra of Upland, CA., and James Edward Duncan and wife Judy, or Ft. Worth, TX.; two sisters-in-law, Freda Sossamon and Agusta Allison; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. “Though she may be gone from this earth, she will always remain in our hearts.”
