Surviving is his daughter Danielle (Joshua) Ryea of Alburgh, VT; his companion Joanne Hoyt of Oswegatchie; grandchildren Joshua Rye Jr. and Carson Ryea, Cooke Cooke, Nathan Cooke, Talon Trumble, Melissa Cooke; a sister Tanya Bailey of Oswegatchie; along with nieces, nephews & cousins.
He was predeceased by his mother Theresa, a brother Zachary Bailey and an aunt Mae Richmond.
Dan was born on September 19, 1955 to Theresa Cole, and he attended Tupper Lake High School. Dan later found happiness with his longtime companion Joanne Hoyt.
