He was devoted to his wife Jeanne and their three children, Hailey and Amanda of Austin and Ryan attending Rice University in Houston. Richard loved fishing, hiking and attending his children’s school functions. He was an especially proud booster of the OHS Tennis Team. He will be tremendously missed by his family and friends, but we are comforted to know that God’s open arms will welcome him home.

A long time therapist, Richard helped many people. He was known for his kindness, his passion for life, and his great sense of humor.
He is survived by his wife and three children; his brother, Greg DuBois and wife Christine of Dearborn, Michigan; wonderful family friends, including Cathy Hopkins and his fishing compadre, Dr. John Turnage; his beloved sisters and brothers-in-law and many wonderful nieces and nephews.
