Becky was born in El Paso, Texas on June 18, 1937. She was married to Ramon Galindo who has proceeded her in death in 2002. Becky is also proceeded in death by her brother Alberto Montes, sisters Altgracia Escamilla and Esperanza Briseno.
After retiring from Walmart Vision Center, she spent her golden years loving and caring for her great-great grand babies. She was a devoted Catholic and attended St. Mary’s Church.
Becky is survived by her sister Frances Alday and numerous nephews and nieces. She is also survived by her grandson Anthony and wife Jeannette Galindo; great grandchildren Zachary, Michael, and Elizabeth Galindo; granddaughter Monica and her husband, Damon Solko family; and grandson Christopher and wife Courtney Galindo and family and great, great grandchildren.
She was a great and loving grandmother and will be dearly missed.
A visitation for Rebecca will be held Wednesday, September 28, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM at Odessa Funeral Home, 1700 N Jackson Ave, Odessa, Texas 79761. A rosary service will occur Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at 7:00 PM, 1700 N Jackson Ave, Odessa, Texas 79761. A funeral mass will occur Thursday, September 29, 2022 at 1:00 PM at St Mary's Catholic Church, 612 E 18th, Odessa, Texas 79761. A burial will occur Thursday, September 29, 2022 at Ector County Cemetery, 300 S Dixie Blvd, Odessa, Texas 79761.
Serving as pallbearers are Anthony Galindo, Zachary Galindo, Michael Galindo, Christopher Galindo, Noah Galindo and Jonathan Galindo.
