Best Dad and friend, loving Brother and Uncle, Devout Catholic, #1 Little Joe & Dallas Cowboys Fan! Frankie Joe was born November 11, 1962 raised in Odessa Texas, went to be with God Monday, August 29th 2022.

A great friend to many people who had the honor of encountering his great presence. While being one of the best friends you could have on your side, he was a better father to his only surviving son Stephen Ray Rodriguez. Having lived his entire life in the Southside of Odessa, Texas he loved to travel to Dallas, San Angelo and Alpine for family vacations. He grew up with the everlasting love from all his big sisters and brothers while being the baby of the family.

Little Joe y la Familia playing on the radio and Dallas Cowboys playing on the TV is all he could ever ask for. Frank Rodriguez was a very very kind man but those who knew him, know not to mistake his kindness for weakness. His big sisters and brothers dearly miss him as he was very loved. Survived by his son Stephen Rodriguez and his 5 grandchildren Stephen Rodriguez Jr., Isabelle, Epiphanie, Scarlett, Sybil. Big sisters Suzie Chavez, Juanita Alvarez, Aurora Rodriguez. Big brothers Herminio Rivera, Pedro Rodriguez Jr. Preceded in death by Pedro L Rodriguez, Aurora Rodriguez, Mary Rivera, Antonio Rivera Sr. , Johnny Mendoza.

Memorial services to be held at 2: 00 PM Saturday, September 3, 2022 in the chapel of Odessa Funeral Home with a Rosary being recited at 1:00 PM. Inurnment will take place at Ector County Cemetery at 9:00 AM Tuesday, September 6, 2022.
