Following her husband, Edward R. McIntosh of 60 years, and leaving a legacy to their five children, Sandra, James Sr., Donna, Nancy and Douglas McIntosh: 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Born in Rochester, New York where she met and married Edward in 1950. They moved to California in 1959 settling in San Diego County, residing with their 5 children in the City of Carlsbad.
Shirley was a devout Christian, a loving wife, mother, grandma, GG and GGG. Always putting her family first, touching the many lives who knew her.
Shirley was called home to join her husband Edward. She will be re-united with her mother Dorothy, who passed when she was 3 years old, along with her parents Donald and Pauline Calnan. She will see her sisters Carol Litteral and Linda Burnette. She will be missed but always in our hearts.
Shirley is survived by her older brother, Edd Calnan, and her 5 children and their families.
