There is so much to say about a man like Paul Konieczny. A life and personality as big as his are next to impossible to sum up into words. He was a cherished Brother, Daddio, Husband, Uncle and Friend. For those of you lucky enough to spend time with him, you know his energy would light up a room and his roaring laughter was contagious.
Paul loved the simple things in life; spending time with his family, laughing at Monty Python sketches, cooking elaborate dinners for family and friends at his barbeque island, hosting parties, listening to music, and of course enjoying ice-cold beer.
Paul was the life of the party, anchor of the family and heart of the neighborhood. While cut short, we are all lucky and better people to have had him in our lives and on this earth as long as we did.
One thing is for sure, Paul would want us to wipe away our tears and come together to raise a pint for all the memories of a life beautifully lived.
Services for Paul will be held at Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, Thursday, July 13th at 1pm; followed by a Celebration of Life gathering at his home on Friday, July 14th at 5pm.
