She is survived by her son, Mark Tellez, son, Steven Tellez, daughter, Debra Quintarar, son, Arthur Tellez, daughter, Elizabeth Turner, family, and friends.
A visitation will be held on Monday, February 15, 2016 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm with a rosary/vigil at 7:00pm at Eternal Hills Mortuary Chapel in Oceanside, California.
A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at 10:00am at St. Mary Star of the Sea in Oceanside, California.
Ms. Tellez's final resting place will be Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, California.
