Elma Keli Afa’ese Tupa’i, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully at the age of 86. She was born on February 4, 1938, in Apia, Samoa.
Elma leaves behind a legacy of love, hospitality, and cherished memories. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Elma is survived by her children; first son, Edward Tupa’i (wife) Tessa and their children Zebedee, Luther (wife) Mele, (children) Kaley and Eli, Wesley, Micah (child) Theo. Second son, Arthur Tupa’i and (wife) Sauafao their children Ne’e and Nikunau.
Funeral Services on Monday, December 23, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Vista Samoan Seventh-day Adventist Church, 1175 Melrose Way, Vista CA 92081.
Elma will be laid to rest in Eternal Hills Memorial Park, 1999 El Camino Real, Oceanside, CA 92054.
