Ron was born to Antonia and Richard Ingram on Edwards Air Force Base in California. As a military family, they traveled to many bases across the country and around the world as he was growing up. Shortly after graduating from high school, he chose to enlist in the Air Force as well, serving for four years as crew chief on a KC-135 refueling tanker at Ellsworth Air Force Base in South Dakota. After leaving the military, he settled in Florida, first in the Tampa area, then moving to Marion County. He worked in Technical Services for MCPS, giving 24 years of service before retiring in 2017.
Those who knew Ron will remember his infinite knowledge of all things, his love of motorcycles and fabricating custom bikes, shooting, and his selfless love for family and friends. His infectious smile will remain in our hearts forever.
