Michael Thomas Smith, age 69, of Ocala, Florida passed away on September 27, 2024 at his home. He was born on February 24, 1955 to William Henry and Vera Smith.
After Michael graduated from high school he joined the United States Air Force and served for eight years.
He worked for GTE Spacenet as a satellite controller. Michael moved to Ocala in 2014 from West Virginia.
Michael enjoyed working on his computer.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Julia K. Smith; children Tabitha Romano and William (Tiffany) Smith and two grandchildren, Maxwell Johnson and Patricio Romano.
