Penelope Harris, age 67, of Oakland, California passed away on Friday, November 26, 2021. Penelope was born July 15, 1954 to her parents, John and Frances Willingham. She was the oldest of three siblings. Her parents and her sister, Jonnie Mae Johnson, preceded her in death.
Penelope was young when she and her family moved to Oakland, California. She attended Lowell School and McClymonds High School. After graduation from McClymonds, Penelope attended Laney College, where she met her future husband, Andrew B. Harris (preceded her in death).
Penelope is survived by her two sons, Nelson B. Harris and Christopher E. Harris (Sophia).
