Cullen will be laid to rest in Rolling Hills Memorial Park, 4100 Hilltop Dr, Richmond, CA.
Serving as pallbearers are James R Moore Jr, Bruce Amos Jr, John Miggins, Guy Raymond Starks III, Nicholas Amos, Adrian Hart and Otis Kendall Jr.

Cullen owned two barber shops, a sewing shop and a Upholstery shop. Cullen later joined Starlight Missionary Baptist Church where she served on the Mother's board. She loved to travel, go fishing, camping and gardening (Roses were her favorite flower)
Cullen leaves to cherish her memory, her Daughter Angie Starks Russell, two sons Otis Kendall (Lillie) Bruce Amos; and a host of family and friends.
