Ms. Bionca Monique Sparrow-Frayer was born in Berkeley, CA on December 7, 1973 to the proud parents Deborah Ann Sparrow and Samuel R. Head. Both parents preceded her in death.

Ms. Bionca Monique Sparrow-Frayer passed away at the age of 49 on Saturday, July 29, 2023.

Bionca is now reunited for eternity with her husband, Oscar Frayer III and "her babies" Andrea L. Moore-Frayer and Oscar Frayer IV.

A Celebration of life for Ms. Bionca Monique Sparrow will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2023 at 12:00 PM at C. P. Bannon Mortuary, 6800 International Blvd, Oakland, CA.

Ms. Bionca Monique Sparrow will be laid to rest in the Cypress Lawn Cemetery, 1370 El Camino Real, Colma, Ca.
