Patricia L. Anderson

Patricia L. Anderson (nee Gilkinson) age 91, of Oak Lawn, IL., passed away Sunday, January 16th, 2022. She was the beloved wife of the late Clifford; loving mother of Dr. Stephen (Michele) Anderson, Dr. David (Darilyn) Anderson, Dr. Mark Anderson and John (Sheila) Anderson; cherished grandmother of Laura (Michael) McAdams, Daniel (Jennifer), Elizabeth (Brady) Josephson, Jacob (Ashley), Matthew, Kyra (Lars), Luke, Rachael, Erik, Nathan, Emily, Ellen and Sarah; proud great grandmother of Owen, Cole, Erin, Hendricks, Clifford, Russell, Noah and Axel; dearest sister of the late Bill (Vernette) Gilkinson; fond sister-in-law of Elsa (Chuck) Wiberg; aunt, great aunt and friend of many. Patricia loved Jesus Christ, and led a life filled with generosity and service. She was active at Trinity Evangelical Church in Oak Lawn, serving in many roles including chair of the church. She was a dedicated volunteer at Covenant Harbor Bible Camp in Lake Geneva. She also volunteered at numerous charities throughout her lifetime including Christ Hospital and Ronald McDonald House. Her smile and obvious joy was contagious to all she encountered.

Funeral service and burial will be held privately for immediate family only. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, March 6th, 2022 at 2pm at Trinity Covenant Church 9230 S.
