David Raymond Stone

David Stone, age 57, passed away on May 9, 2024. Proud Father of Christian, Jordan, Sebastian, Katelan, Masan, and the late Logan. Dear Grandfather of Leighton. Beloved Son of the late MaryAnn and Raymond. Loving Brother of Beth and Christopher. Uncle to many nieces and nephews.

David was a very outgoing person and proud owner of a waterslide refurbishing business. He traveled the world, visiting Egypt, Germany, Israel, and many other destinations. Wherever he traveled, he always wanted to be close to the ocean. He also collected many trinkets and artwork in his travels, his favorites being Native American Kachina dolls, sand paintings, and pottery. He also loved collecting coins and other antique items. He loved music, rocking out with his kids to his favorite bands like Pearl Jam, Grateful Dead, Seether, and many others.

He loved all of his children intensely; if you had something to say to them you had to go through him first. He was always there to help them, from fixing flat tires to helping with homework. He would drop anything to help his kids when they were in need. On the outside he was rough and rugged, but on the inside he had a heart of gold and would do anything for the ones he loved. He especially loved his grandmother Irene, so much so that he chose to honor her by using her name as his first daughter’s middle name. He will be missed dearly by his children and family.
