Victoria Vickie Rose Becker

Victoria (Vickie) Rose Becker, 24, of Oak Harbor passed away June 16, 2013 at Whidbey General Hospital. She was born on May 31, 1989 in Havelock, NC to Bill and Chris Becker. She has been a resident of Oak Harbor for the past 21 years.

Vickie graduated from high school in 2008. She was a member of the Whidbey Special Olympic Family and enjoyed crossword books and dot to dot books. She loved to watch movies and especially loved all babies, both animal and human. She also enjoyed fishing, camping and kite flying.

She is survived by her parent, Bill and Chris Becker; her sister, Nicole and her adopted mother, Laurel Fagan; her grandparents Bill and Dorthy Becker of Alexandria, MN, Margaret Vasquez of Oak Harbor, WA and Richard Vasquez of Vista, CA and many more loving relatives.

A gathering for family and friends will take place at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, June 23, 2013 at the Burley Funeral Chapel. Memorial services will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Monday June 24, 2013 at the Living Hope Foursquare Church, 105 NW Broadway Street in Coupeville. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Victoria’s name to Special Olympics Washington, 1809 7th, Suite 1509, Seattle, WA 98101.
