Joseph Scotto di Cesare Born may 19, 1923 died peacefully September 12, 2013. Born in Monte Di Procida, Italy. Survived by daughter Michele (Alan), grandson, Collin and brother Pasquale Scotto. Joe came to Marin County in 1945 when the bay was blue. He worked on the train from Tiburon to Fairfax. He was called the "garden whisperer" because he landscaped beautiful homes in Ross in the early days. He will be dearly missed by many. A mass will be held at St. Anselms, in San Anselmo
