On January 16, 2021, Patricia Anne Smith (nee Chalk) passed away. She was the beloved wife of the late James E. Smith; devoted mother of Daniel J. Smith and his wife Marie, and Kelly A. Sakai and her husband Christopher; loving grandmother of Katelyn, Gabrielle, Kyle, Gavin, and Cameron Sakai, and Catherine, Sam, Emily, and Sarah Smith; dear sister of Robert Chalk and his wife Linda.
