Judith Ann Phelan

On September 17, 2021, Judith Ann Phelan (nee Crivello) peacefully passed away. She was the daughter of the late Philip and Annabelle Crivello (nee Armstrong). She was the beloved wife of 55 years to the late Francis Leo Phelan; devoted mother of Donna Parsons and husband, Steve, and Kevin Phelan and wife, Robin. She was the beloved grandmother (Nonna) to Steven Parsons and Brady and Drew Phelan. Also survived by many loving extended family and friends. Judy loved spending time with family.

Family and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home Inc., 9705 Belair Rd. Nottingham, MD 21236 on Friday, September 24th from 7pm to 9pm for a celebration of life. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, September 25 at 10:00 am at St. Stephen’s in Bradshaw, MD. The interment will immediately follow at Gardens of Faith Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions in Judith’s name to Stella Maris Hospice, 2300 Dulaney Valley Rd, Timonium, MD 21093.
