On March 19, 2018 Jocelyn Ann "Sugar" Kirtscher (nee Bilzer) passed away. She was the beloved wife of the late Edward Joseph Kirtscher; devoted sister of Jean Pridgeon and her husband Martin, John Bilzer and his wife Betty, Janet McDonald and her husband Joseph and the late Joan Schneider; dear sister-in-law of Richard Schneider, also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
